...Dan Pilkington as the new Club Head Coach. With a proven history of leadership, strategy, and player development, Dan will lead the club into an exciting new chapter. He takes over from Shaun Hoyle who has done a fantastic job of developing the club's coaching structure, overseeing the move for our coaches from volunteers to coaching on a self employed basis. Shaun continues to coach for the club and will focus his efforts leading the Under 16 National League team.
As Club Head Coach, Dan will oversee all aspects of team performance, from tactical preparation to on-court execution. His experience in fostering team dynamics and promoting player growth will be instrumental as the club aims to compete at higher levels and achieve sustained success.

Dan has a wealth of coaching and playing experience, boasting over a decade of experience playing at the professional level, and having worked with athletes at various levels, consistently elevating their performance and guiding teams to success. Known for their ability to develop both individual talent and cohesive team strategies, Dan brings a fresh and innovative perspective to the club.

My goal is to build a team culture centered around hard work, discipline, and passion for the game. I’m excited to get started, work with the players, and create something special here at Preston."
